If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration in the State of Wyoming, United States, and not in court.

You waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
